Competens'Agro, a lifelong training programme

The ambitious project led by l’Institut Agro - which brings together 6 public and private higher agricultural education institutions - is one of the 44 winners of a large-scale ministerial call for projects. L’Institut Agro also receives the largest amount of funding, with €11,437,800 over 10 years.

The projet “Competens'Agro”, synonymous with lifelong learning, innovation and transformation in a context of major challenges, was selected by an international jury of 20 members from 11 European countries.

Because of its ambition and scope, the project led by l’Institut Agro is unprecedented. It will bring together Bordeaux Sciences Agro, ISARA, École Supérieure des Agricultures (ESA), Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Purpan and UniLaSalle in a lifelong learning project. With so many universities and schools involved, the project plan covers the whole territory of France for all categories of people.
